While traveling around the country the goal is to arrive to new cities and create instant community thru food. From elaborate experiential multi-course events that look to 'dinner' as memory to daytime bagel events that allow people a chance to come to my table and let me cater the experience to them as an individual.

Head Chef/Baker and Co-Creator of Cafe Xoho - Tel Aviv, Israel
Created a dynamic kitchen environment with an emphasis on market-based specials and international appeal. Managed kitchen and bakery staff day to day operations as well as fostering positive staff-relations/community building.
Developed and implemented new menus, recipes, and specials. As well as plating, budget and pricing, prep and productivity, training.
In addition to kitchen related responsibilities the job involved collaborating with the owner to ensure a unique, quality, customer experience start to finish. Included catering special events/parties, catering live music shows, and generally promoting Xoho.
